Beginner Pilates-AKBASTY Weekly Class This small group class is suitable for you if you would like to learn how to improve your MOBILITY, STABILITY, COORDINATION, BALANCE and STRENGTH, and correct breathing technique. Before the first class needs to fill out the PAR-Q form. The class is 50 minutes/£10 Please bring your own mat and a bottle of water. Feel free to message me if you have any questions.
